Process Executive:
Education/ Experience / Expectations:

• Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry.

• General understanding of international banking products and services.

• Willingness to work night shifts (6PM IST to 4AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts.

• Location Chennai & Hyderabad.

• Update and maintain customer account information in client applications.

• Willingness to work night shifts (6PM IST to 4AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts.

• On-site work required.

• Attention to detail.

• Handle the Bank's branch requests and maintain relationships.

• Act and respond to ad-hoc requests and escalations promptly.

• Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers, bank customers, and prospects.

• Willingness to learn with limited training and have complete knowledge of Client databases/applications designed by the company, which are unique.

• Meet/exceed customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality & TAT.

Senior Process Executive:
Education/ Experience / Expectations:

• Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the international banking industry.

• General awareness of international banking products and services.

• Open for Night shifts (6PM IST to 4AM IST) No rotational or Day Shift.

• Location Chennai & Hyderabad.
