Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Freight Broker Manager / Team Lead. The role involves overseeing freight brokerage operations, managing customer service, dispatching, and account management tasks on a daily basis in Mohali district.

Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
Customer Service and Account Management skills
Dispatching operations proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
