Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US IT positions using job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for job openings.
Negotiate compensation and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
Submit qualified candidates to vendors or direct clients and coordinate interview schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Stay updated with the latest trends in US IT staffing and recruitment best practices.

Requirements
:
Mandatory experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
Knowledge of US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099) and experience handling OPT, H1B, GC, and US citizen candidates.
Ability to work independently without hand-holding and deliver results.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional approach.
Experience with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
