Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand client technical needs and job specifications.
Analyze required skills, experience levels, and certifications for each position.
2. Sourcing Candidates
Use multiple job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed to source suitable candidates.
Identify passive candidates through social media, referrals, and professional networks.
3. Screening & Interviewing
Review resumes and technical portfolios to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess communication, interest, and suitability.
Coordinate technical rounds and discussions with the Business Development team and client hiring managers.
4. Managing the Delivery Process
Schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Support in negotiating offers, salary discussions, and onboarding.
5. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
Represent Judah Code Technologies and its clients positively, promoting brand credibility in the US market.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL).
Excellent communication skills for interaction with US candidates and clients.
Ability to perform Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, and web research effectively.
Strong negotiation, convincing, and multitasking abilities.
Creative and result-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets.
