Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for mid & senior-level roles
Source candidates via
LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals & referrals
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements & timelines
Schedule and manage technical interviews and follow-ups
Negotiate offers and manage documentation & onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports & ATS data
Build a strong pipeline of IT talent
Ensure an excellent candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of IT recruitment experience (Agency or Corporate)
Strong understanding of IT skills: Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & ATS tools
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?9,418.15 - ?40,689.51 per month
