to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various clients across the United States. You must have a strong understanding of the US job market, IT technologies, and recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical and interpersonal skills.
Understand client requirements, job specifications, and technical terms.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and close candidates.
Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work with Account Managers to ensure timely delivery of profiles and updates.
Keep track of candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2, C2C, and 1099).
Strong knowledge of technical skills, job roles, and US visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, etc.).
Experience working in fast-paced agency or consulting environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work during US business hours.
