Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing. Sole responsibility for placing IT Consultants with vendors or Direct Clients. Must be responsible for generating new accounts / Prime vendors and maintain business relationships with them. Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social sites. Need great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks. Should have experience in using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn and Recruit.net and other tools and sites. Negotiation skill sets, salary negotiation and should have the ability to win deals. Responsible for US requirements and should handle Full Time, C2H, C2C and must have knowledge in 1099, W2, GC, EAD, H1B and H4 etc. Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, Background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets etc.
