Key Responsibilities
Engage with IT professionals to understand their
skills, experience, and career goals
Match candidates with
suitable US IT job opportunities
based on technical and cultural fit
Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Educate candidates on
job roles, client expectations, and hiring processes
Coordinate interviews and support candidates through each recruitment stage
Provide timely feedback
Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring requirements
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in
US IT staffing
Knowledge of
US employment types and tax terms
(W2, C2C, 1099)
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
US shift environment
Candidate-centric and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience using
ATS/CRM systems
Familiarity with major US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
