We are looking for a sharp, persistent, and results-driven

IT Sales Executive

to spearhead our

US and EU business development efforts

, specifically focused on selling

ERP solutions, enterprise software services, and custom IT offerings

. If you know how to break into new accounts, handle cold calling without flinching, and close deals in highly competitive markets, this role is designed for you.

This role demands someone who knows how to hustle, communicate clearly, and navigate long, often complex enterprise sales processes without losing momentum.

About the Role



The IT Sales Executive will take full ownership of end-to-end sales outreach for ERP and enterprise software services. You'll handle

cold calls, lead qualification, account nurturing, pitching, pre-sales coordination, and proposal documentation

. Your responsibility is not just reaching potential clients--it's opening doors, building trust, and converting early interest into real sales opportunities.

You will represent our company to prospects across the US and EU, so you need to be articulate, confident, and well-versed in how enterprise buyers think. If you know how to get a CTO to stay on the call or convince a procurement manager to look at your proposal, you're the type we want.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling



Make

high-volume outbound cold calls

to US and EU prospects daily. Identify, target, and qualify potential clients that fit our ERP and enterprise software service offerings. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and consistent communication. Convert cold leads into warm conversations by understanding pain points and speaking their language.

2. Business Development



Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from initial cold outreach to scheduling demos and supporting proposal submission. Develop penetration strategies for new accounts and industries. Maintain strong understanding of our ERP solutions, enterprise software capabilities, and delivery model. Create opportunities with decision-makers: CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Project Managers, and Procurement Heads.

3. Pre-Sales Collaboration



Work closely with technical and delivery teams to understand solution architecture and service capabilities. Participate in discovery calls, requirement discussions, and solution positioning. Assist technical teams in shaping proposals that address client needs clearly and convincingly.

4. Proposal, Bidding & Documentation



Draft, refine, and submit

proposals, bids, RFP/RFQ responses

, and client presentations. Prepare sales collateral as needed--emails, capability decks, value-proposition material, etc. Ensure proposals are accurate, aligned with client expectations, and delivered on time.

5. Relationship Building



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers. Handle objections professionally and strategically. Maintain timely and meaningful communication to keep prospects engaged throughout the cycle.

6. Market Understanding



Stay updated on market trends in the ERP, enterprise software, and IT outsourcing industries. Analyze competitor offerings and refine talking points accordingly. Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding customer behavior, pricing expectations, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications



2-5 years of US/EU IT sales experience

, preferably selling ERP or enterprise software services. Proven success in

cold calling

, outbound lead generation, and B2B/B2C communication. Experience in drafting

proposals, bids, RFP responses, and pre-sales documentation

. Strong verbal communication--clear, confident, and able to control the direction of a call. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into simple business value propositions. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead-tracking processes, and structured sales workflows. Excellent written communication, especially for proposals and follow-up messaging. Comfortable working

night shifts

and aligning with US/EU business hours. Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of enterprise buying cycles. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience selling ERP systems such as

SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo

, or similar platforms. Background in IT services outsourcing, SaaS products, or enterprise-level software. Exposure to pre-sales technical conversations or solutioning discussions. Understanding of US procurement norms, IT contracts, and typical enterprise RFP flows.
