About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and ambitious professionals to join our US IT Business

Development Team. This role offers a fast-paced, client-facing opportunity to work with

international clients, drive new business, and help grow our presence in the US IT staffing

industry.

Key Responsibilities:

? o Identify and engage with potential clients in the US IT staffing market.

? o Promote Vizva's staffing solutions based on specific client needs.

? o Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

? o Collaborate with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers) to ensure service

excellence.

? o Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

? o Accurately maintain sales pipeline and communications through CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

? o Must be comfortable working night shifts (US business hours).

? o Willing to relocate to Delhi NCR for on-site role.

? o Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

? o Open to fresh graduates; prior sales or recruitment experience is a plus.

? o Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication.

? o Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.

? o Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA or relevant business degree preferred.
