We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and placing candidates for IT roles with a strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and recruitment platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and TechFetch.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and submit candidates for various IT roles. Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs. Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding. Maintain candidate database and pipeline for current and future needs.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations. Experience with job portals and ATS. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?252,000.00 - ?610,000.00 per year
