We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to help our Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients fill their open IT positions.
Job Responsibilities:
Find IT and Engineering candidates using Ceipal, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and Ceipal's internal database.
Check if candidates have the right skills based on client needs.
Verify US work visas to ensure they are genuine.
Use Microsoft Word to format resumes properly.
Understand and analyze technical job descriptions.
Review and select resumes that match job requirements.
Qualifications:
Must have a background in Computer Science.
At least 6months of experience.
Understanding of modern technologies like Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, CAD, CAM, CAE.
Strong communication skills.
Shift timing:
7:30PM to 4:30AM
(US shift)

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
