We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

US IT Recruiter

to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals across the US market, leveraging sourcing strategies, technical screening, and relationship-building to deliver top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for IT roles such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, and DevOps professionals Develop and execute

sourcing strategies

using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, GitHub, and Stack Overflow Conduct

technical screenings

and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations Maintain accurate records in

ATS systems

(e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, iCIMS) Ensure compliance with

US employment laws

, including visa requirements (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.) Build and nurture a

pipeline of qualified candidates

for current and future hiring needs Stay updated on

tech trends

, market shifts, and competitive hiring practices Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress

Required Skills & Qualifications
