to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with our direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models and understand US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
Negotiate compensation rates with candidates and vendors.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain recruitment reports, track pipelines, and update the ATS/CRM regularly.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions, interviews, and closures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
0-1 years of experience
as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing/consulting environment. Freshers are also welcome.
Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
Familiarity with VMS tools and MSP programs is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of successful closures.
