Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for US IT positions
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Learn US staffing processes, job portals, and compliance basics
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English)
Basic knowledge or interest in IT roles
Willingness to work US night shifts
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Any recruitment internship or exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
