Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using job portals and referrals
Screen, submit, and follow up with candidates
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
Maintain daily recruitment reports
Work on freshers, Master's students, OPT,CPT, Green Card
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with US hiring process and job portals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
