Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and self-driven US IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our direct clients and vendors in the US market. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in the US time zone. --- Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze job requirements from US clients and account managers. Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms. Screen candidates through phone calls, video interviews, and technical assessments. Submit qualified profiles to clients/vendors with quick turnaround time. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and post-selection processes. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely documentation. Build strong relationships with vendors, candidates, and consultants. Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms and various visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC). Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team lead and management. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in US Staffing (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work the US Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zones). Good understanding of IT skills and job market trends. Experience using ATS or recruiting tools is an advantage. Strong negotiation, multitasking, and time management skills. --- Preferred Attributes: High energy, competitive, target-oriented mindset.
