We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients across the United States. The role requires strong understanding of US hiring practices, sourcing channels, and IT skillsets. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and able to deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation).
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other professional networks.
Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Work with US clients/Account Managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Handle recruitment activities during US time zones, as required.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and reports.
Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards including tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT), and pay rate structures.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
Maintain strong professional relationships with consultants and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and time zones.
Ability to source and close niche technical roles.
Proficiency in working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with MSP/VMS clients is an added advantage.
Knowledge of CRM/ATS tools.
Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.

US Shift (EST/PST based)
6:30pm to 3:00am

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
