Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates in the ATS/CRM.
Stay updated on emerging tech trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
5 years plus of experience in IT or technical recruiting (top staffing companies, HCL, Wipro, TCS and Infosys etc) )
Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.).
Proven experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or GitHub.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities efficiently.
Top IT Implementation Partners Recruiting Experience is preferred
Working with Direct Client requirements are strongly preferred
3 plus years of VMS - Fieldglass experience is preferred
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience recruiting for niche technologies or senior-level positions.
Knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit,
Ceipal
).
Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices and work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099).
Technical background or IT certifications a plus.
