Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).
Work extensively with
W2, C2C, and 1099
employment types.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through
job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
.
Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and contract terms with consultants and vendors.
Manage the
entire recruitment life cycle
from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate and requirement data in ATS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-8 years of US IT recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of
US tax terms
(W2, C2C, 1099).
Proficiency in
ATS and vendor management systems
.
Experience sourcing from
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking platforms
.
Excellent
communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to
work independently in a fast-paced environment
while meeting deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,286.25 - ₹60,800.61 per month
