Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter for Training and Placement at our Madanapalle, Hyderabad, and Bangalore locations. This is a full-time, remote/hybrid/contract position ideal for fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves recruiting for our IT clients across the United States, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the appropriate job opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills

• Recruitment (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry, including technologies and roles
• Skills in screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
• Proficiency in conducting interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with clients and candidates
• Negotiation skills to manage salary discussions and other employment terms
• Networking abilities to build and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements to candidates accurately

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions across the US market
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate capabilities and suitability
• Work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and job specifications
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to locate potential candidates
• Coordinate with candidates and clients to schedule interviews and follow-ups
• Negotiate job offers, salaries, and other employment terms on behalf of the client
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Provide training and guidance to new recruits as needed to meet company standards
