Job Description

We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for various client requirements across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Understanding of the US IT sector, including various IT roles, certifications, and compliance requirements. Identify and attract top IT talent through job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch), social media (Facebook and LinkedIn), referrals, and networking. Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple job orders simultaneously. Strong negotiation and closing skills

Experience

2-6 years of experience in US IT recruiting (e.g., full-time, contract, W2 roles).

Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Knowledge of bench sales and account management is a plus.
