Role Description

We are looking for a Full Time On-site US IT Recruiter to work under HR at our Chennai Office. You will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across different technologies, industries, and clients. You will be part of a dynamic team of recruiters, with excellent opportunities for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 0-4 years of experience in IT recruiting required, with a focus on US and international hiring Experience with recruiting for a wide variety of roles across different technologies, industries, and clients Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and job boards Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on providing a superior candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Pay: ?9,243.74 - ?38,648.05 per month
