We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Technical Recruiter who has hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, or State Clients. The ideal candidate must be strong in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and should be capable of leading/managing a small team when required.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work extensively on requirements from direct clients / implementation partners / state clients.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Strong knowledge of US hiring terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and tax implications.
Coordinate and negotiate offers, rate confirmation, onboarding, and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment tracker, submission logs, and performance metrics.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance when needed.
Work efficiently in a high-paced night shift environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-6 years of US IT recruitment experience - MANDATORY
Strong understanding of IT skills & job market trends.
Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be available for onsite work only.
