Position : US IT Recruiter

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Support the

recruitment lifecycle

by assisting in sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach. Communicate with U.S.-based candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Learn about IT job roles, skills, and U.S. hiring practices. Work with senior recruiters on live requirements. Use job boards and AI-driven tools to identify candidates. Build relationships with candidates and maintain engagement.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in

any field

.

Excellent English communication skills

(written & spoken). Strong interest in

computer technologies

and IT terminology. Passion for

networking and building professional relationships

. Quick learner, self-motivated, and team oriented.
