Perform per-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels. Required Skills and experience 3+ year experience as a Technical recruiter. Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
Experience With ATS.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
