Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Arts, Human Resource, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment with a focus on the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales roles is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary logistical support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and facilitate communication.
Assist in negotiating offers, managing candidate expectations, and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies
