Core responsibilities:

Identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Review and evaluate resumes to match skills, experience, and qualifications with client requirements.

Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

Follow up with candidates after interviews, provide feedback, and maintain regular communication until closure and keep it touch with the candidate till and post joining.

Manage the offer process, including negotiations and final confirmations.

Keep the candidate database in the ATS updated with accurate and complete information.

Participate in internal calls to understand requirements and priorities clearly.

Maintain candidate pipeline for future needs.

Must Have:

Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment for 2-3 years.

Should have a attitude of working on any requirement.Should have good understanding about the US contract terms

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.

Ability to screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.

Good understanding of common IT roles, skills, and market trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Negotiation skills for handling offers and closing positions.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Problem-solving mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
