Source, screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical and interpersonal skills.
Work on the W2 hiring model.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the interview panel and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Negotiate salary/rate and close candidates for full-time positions.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track submissions/interviews in the CRM.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT).
Experience working in US shifts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
