The US IT Recruiter plays a critical role in the hiring process for IT (Information Technology) and Non IT positions. Their main goal is to find, attract, and hire qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Understanding Job Requirements
o Work closely with Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand the client technical requirements of a role (e.g., skills, experience, certifications).
2.
Sourcing Candidates
o Use job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, internal databases, and networking to identify potential candidates.
o Actively search for passive candidates who may not be actively job-hunting.
3.
Screening & Interviewing
o Review resumes and portfolios to assess technical qualifications.
o Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate soft skills, experience, and interest.
o Coordinate technical assessments or interviews through the Business Development team and Client hiring manager.
4.
Managing the Delivery Process
o Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
o Provide feedback and manage communication throughout the process.
o Help negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates.
5.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
o Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
o Promote the company or client as an attractive employer to candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
