Job Title -US IT Recruiter (State Client Experience only)
Job Summary:
Reporting to Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible to manage a full cycle recruiting process for single or multiple accounts. The role will require you to think critically by analyzing the needs of our clients, ensuring that each candidate is carefully screened and presented to fill requirements and helping clients solve their short and long-term business objectives. As a Recruiter, you are the backbone of System Soft, therefore you are expected to facilitate the placement of IT professionals with the client(s), as well as attend virtual networking events to broaden your reach to quality candidates. As a Recruiter, you will be given all the tools necessary to be successful.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients (requirement gathering to onboarding).
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Work extensively on Vector VMS for requirement tracking and submissions.
• Hire for State Clients and ensure compliance with client hiring policies.
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and close candidates within client budgets.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience working on Vector VMS.
• Proven track record of hiring for State Clients (Government Requirements).
• Hands-on experience with US IT recruitment & staffing processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations.
• Ability to work in EST time Zone
• Good to Have
• Experience handling a team (for Senior US IT Recruiter role).
• Prior experience in VMS recruiting outside of Vector.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
