Source and attract IT professionals through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals for US-based positions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate compensation, and manage offer processes.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors.
Stay informed about US recruitment trends, immigration/work authorization (H1B, OPT, CPT), and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing.
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
