You will play a strategic role in scaling our tech teams by driving the full recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions for USA Staffing
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and team dynamics
Source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Provide data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market intelligence, and competitor hiring practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT/technical hiring
Knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, cloud platforms, and software development processes
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical certifications or coursework (e.g., understanding of IT Industry)
Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
