Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT positions. Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking). Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a

US IT Recruiter

or in a similar recruitment role. In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices in the US market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a

target-driven, commission-based environment

. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
