We are seeking a dynamic and driven US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for SAP and IT positions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP and IT roles across various levels and domains.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet job specifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Coordinate interviews and offer negotiations for selected candidates.
Maintain an accurate database of candidates and client communications in our recruitment management system.
Stay updated on market trends and new technologies to optimize candidate sourcing and hiring processes.
Work effectively with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Handle different contract types including W2, C2C, and 1099 placements.
Ensure compliance with US hiring laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
1-3 years of recruitment experience for the US market.
Strong understanding of different employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
Ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
