Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. Source candidates using tools such as

Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

, etc. Screen and evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication abilities. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients. Negotiate pay rates and prepare candidate submissions. Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS regularly. Build long-term relationships with consultants and vendors. Ensure compliance with US hiring processes (W2, C2C, 1099, Visa classifications).
