We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated
US IT Recruiter
to join our team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals for clients across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in US staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and suitability.
Understand US job requirements (W2, C2C, 1099, Visa types, Tax terms).
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and documentation.
Work collaboratively with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn and understand various IT technologies.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet research.
Education
Any Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA, etc. preferred).
