US IT Technical Recruiters
. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical positions with our US-based clients. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in US staffing and recruitment, with ample training and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements provided by US clients or account managers.
Source potential candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, etc.).
Strong communication skills in English - verbal and written.
Willingness to work in
night shifts
to align with US time zones.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, etc.) - training will be provided.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Internship or coursework in HR, Recruitment, or IT.
Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) is an added advantage.
