Understanding the Clients need through the job description provided and sourcing candidates through job portals and other social websites accordingly
Sourcing, screening, and evaluating and recruiting candidates through a structured recruitment process
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
