Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
for U.S./international clients Work on roles across
Software, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering
Source candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping
Conduct
technical screening
and candidate evaluations Coordinate interviews and manage the
candidate lifecycle through closure
Ensure a strong
candidate experience
and timely delivery
Key Requirements:
3-4 years
of IT recruitment experience Prior exposure to
U.S. / international hiring (mandatory)
Strong understanding of
IT skills, roles, and hiring models
Comfortable working in a
remote setup
with global stakeholders Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills
