? Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for
EdTech/E-learning roles.
? Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates.
? Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job
requirements and team needs.
? Market Insights: Stay updated on US hiring trends and compensation
benchmarks.
? ATS Management: Use ATS platforms efficiently for tracking recruitment
progress.
