Job Summary (US IT Recruiter):
- Work with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed position profiles.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions for candidate outreach and job postings.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through internal databases and external job boards.
- Communicate with and educate candidates about the recruitment process and job roles.
- Screen, review, and shortlist candidates using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Maintain and build strong professional relationships with candidates throughout the process.
- Document and relay feedback from both hiring managers and candidates during interviews.
- Ensure all contacted candidates are properly updated and dispositioned throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Work US business hours (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST), based in Kochi Infopark.
- Preferably have experience recruiting US citizens, especially for US Federal clients.
- Minimum 2 4 years of US IT recruitment experience required.
