We are seeking a Junior US IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top IT talent for our clients across the United States. This role demands in-depth knowledge of technical recruitment and US employment laws, as well as expertise in candidate sourcing and vendor management. We are looking for an immediate joiner who is fluent in English.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in talent sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean search to identify qualified IT candidates.
Adept in using applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes and manage candidate information efficiently.
Comprehensive understanding of US employment laws to ensure compliance during recruitment processes.
Strong technical recruitment skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications for various IT roles.
Excellent offer negotiation skills to bridge the gap between employer expectations and candidate aspirations.
Proven experience in vendor management to coordinate with staffing agencies and ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.
Experience in creating diverse talent pools by implementing inclusive recruitment strategies and practices.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting assignments while meeting tight deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Maintain and update records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing requirements.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, utilizing metrics and reports to highlight achievements and challenges.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
