We are seeking an experienced and passionate

US IT Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

US staffing

,

end-to-end recruitment

, and working with

Direct Clients

. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

1-4 years

of hands-on experience in

US IT Recruitment

. Strong understanding of

C2C, W2, and 1099

employment types. Experience working with

Direct Clients

(not bench sales). Source candidates using

JobDiva

,

Dice

,

Monster

,

CareerBuilder

,

LinkedIn

, and other job portals. Engage and maintain relationships with

Direct Clients

and

Tier-1 Vendors

. Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client needs. Negotiate compensation rates and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions and submissions. Stay up to date with US staffing trends, visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN, etc.), and compliance requirements. Proficiency in

JobDiva ATS

or similar Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent sourcing and networking skills using job boards and social media platforms.

Outstanding communication skills

-- both verbal and written.
