Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
Excellent vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and referrals to identify potential candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal)
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
Hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements
Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C
Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
