Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time)
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and provide regular status updates
Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles
Ensure compliance with US labor laws, hiring policies, and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-6+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, analysts, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, etc.)
Experience recruiting for US clients across different time zones
Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with staffing agencies or MSP/VMS environments
Knowledge of visa types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC)
Strong offer-closure and candidate management skills
