We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with excellent English communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US staffing, talent acquisition, and HR processes while being comfortable working in the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Use various job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.) to find and engage top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Handle salary negotiations, background checks, and onboarding for selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with US employment laws, work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, etc.), and HR policies.
Track and manage applicant data using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
2 to 5 years of experience in US recruitment/staffing.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work permits, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
Experience using job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring with a focus on quality.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
