of Trainee Technical RecruiterRoles & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified candidates

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, right from sourcing candidates from job portals to on-boarding.

• Source and screen potential candidates for the requirement using job portals & other online tools.

• Establish relationships with candidates in a specified region

• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates about the opportunity

• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements

• Negotiate compensation, coordinate the interview schedules between the client and the candidate, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants to facilitate

Eligibility Criteria

• Willing to work in the night shifts (US timings)

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Be able to work to deadlines

• Strong work ethics and sense of commitment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Result orientation and strong desire to earn a good income
