. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with senior recruiters to support the end-to-end hiring process for both technology and non-technology roles in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements provided by senior recruiters and hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment records in ATS/CRM systems.
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Assist in offer coordination and onboarding documentation.
Learn and follow US recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
in recruitment or HR are welcome.
Basic understanding or interest in
IT and Non-IT roles
.
Willingness to learn US staffing concepts and recruitment tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Familiarity with job portals such as
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice
, etc.
Basic understanding of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools (Ceipal, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive learning attitude.
