Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a

US IT Recruiter

for the night shift. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen interest in the US IT staffing industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be trained to source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for our clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening:

Use various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals) to identify and engage potential IT candidates.

Resume Evaluation:

Review resumes to match candidate skills with client job requirements.

Candidate Interviews:

Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordination:

Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, and manage follow-ups.

Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Client Interaction:

Assist senior recruiters in client communication and understanding job requirements.

Market Research:

Stay updated on US IT market trends, in-demand skills, and hiring practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

0-1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers encouraged to apply).

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training provided). Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.

Shift Timings:

6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (or as per US time zones).

Work Mode:

On-site
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
